A

Alcohol
Alcohol cannot be brought in or out of Princess Auto Stadium. The sale of alcohol is limited to two drinks per fan (Two beers or 3 oz. of spirits), with sales ceasing in all areas of the stadium at the end of the third quarter, except for the north end concessions, which will remain open for approximately 30 minutes post-game. Any person purchasing alcohol who appears to be less than 25 years of age must present valid photo identification. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests, and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and ensure you have a safe ride home.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in all washrooms throughout Princess Auto Stadium. Men’s baby changing stations are available in sections 113, 136, 214, 235, and the Blue And Gold Suite. Women’s baby changing stations are located in sections 132, 206, 232, and Suite 9E. Family washrooms which include baby changing stations are located in the 100 level north and south sections, as well as a family washroom in section 203. Suite sections include Men and Women’s baby changing stations in Suites 9W, 10W, and Press Box.
Banners
Unauthorized commercial signage is not allowed anywhere within Princess Auto Stadium. Stadium Management reserves the right to approve all banners. Banners and flags may be prohibited due to space availability, banner or flag size, interference with other fans, or message content.
Bike Valet
The Bike Valet presented by Pedal Pub is located at the northeast gate of Princess Auto Stadium. The Bike Valet is free to use and offers fully secure, monitored bike storage on game and event days and rack space for 800 bicycles. Please note that racks for about 400 more bikes are also available around the perimeter of the stadium, however, these racks are not monitored.
Breastfeeding
A breastfeeding room is located just west of Gate 2. To access, please use this entrance or visit Fan Services at Section 111 for assistance.
Bus Routes
Winnipeg Transit has several regular routes that operate to and from the University of Manitoba before and after the game. Winnipeg Transit reminds all passengers to check their bus schedules before leaving for the game. Passengers will be charged Transit fares in accordance with current Winnipeg Transit fare rates.
Bomber Store
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers Official Store with 100% of proceeds supporting the Bombers and our community initiatives. Store hours: Monday- Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM Saturday: 10:00AM – 5:00PM Sunday: 12:00AM – 4:00PM

Designated Driver Program
The Winnipeg Football Club wants to encourage all fans to act responsibly while enjoying the game. Fans over the age of 18 can sign up to be a Designated Driver presented by Manitoba Public Insurance and receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage and wristband at Fan Services (section 111). Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
Drinking Water
Corpell’s Water Hydration Stations are located throughout the stadium behind sections 101, 114, 124, 136, 210, 232. Portable Water dispenser units (or water coolers) will be located at 116, 144, 202, 225. Fans are permitted to bring in one factory-sealed bottle of water up to one litre in volume and/or empty reusable bottles up to one litre or less to fill with water at the stadium. When arriving at the stadium gates, we ask that fans be ready to show their factory-sealed, plastic bottles of water or empty reusable bottles of water out.
Drop Off & Pick up Locations
When dropping off a fan on game day enter from Chancellor Matheson and drop them off in the red lot and pick them up on Chancellor Matheson. Drop off passes are available 48 hrs prior to game day, please call 204-784-7448 for more information

Cameras
Still cameras with lenses over 6” are not allowed into the stadium. You are welcome to use your photo camera (with lenses under 6”) for your personal enjoyment. Commercial use of any audio or video recordings of the game is a violation of guidelines established by the Canadian Football League.
Carry-In Policy
Security Officers are stationed at each entrance gate to ensure your safety while visiting Princess Auto Stadium. You and your belongings will be searched upon entry into the stadium. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry.

Please be aware that carry-in policies may be modified from game to game as security levels change, and items permitted into the stadium may be determined at the discretion of each officer. Firearms and other weapons, knives, coolers, umbrellas that cannot collapse to under 18 inches duffel bags, obstructive banners and signs are all strictly prohibited, as well as video cameras and still photo cameras with lenses over 6 inches. As a general rule, please leave all unnecessary items at home.

Fans can bring sealed bottles of water to Princess Auto Stadium. The bottles must be plastic, factory-sealed, and contain a maximum of 1 litre, as indicated on the bottle. Fans can bring a maximum of one bottle per individual. For example: a family of four can bring in four bottles of water. Fans are permitted to bring in empty reusable bottles (1 litre or less) to fill with water at the stadium. When arriving at the stadium gates, we ask that fans be ready to show their factory-sealed, plastic bottle of water or empty reusable bottle of water.
Children
A ticket is required for any child who has had their third birthday. If a child is lost at Princess Auto Stadium they will be brought to Fan Services located behind section 111. Staff will be notified by radio. Please report any missing children to the nearest staff member, who will then take a description and advise staff over the radio. There are lost child stickers available at Fan Services (section 111). The sticker identifies your seat location to assist in connecting caregivers and lost children.
Concessions
A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession booths, kiosks, and vendors throughout the stadium. Vendors will stop serving in the stands at the end of the third quarter with the exception of the North End concessions which will remain open until the end of the game. Alcohol cannot be brought in or out of the stadium. The sale of beer, wine, and liquor is limited to two beverages or three ounces per person and will only be sold to those fans over the age of 18 as per Manitoba Liquor regulations. E

Elevators & Ramps
Elevators and ramps are located in the northeast, northwest, southeast, and southwest corners of the stadium, providing access to the suite level and 200 level seating. Please note that no suite access is permitted using the Northwest ramp or elevator.
Emergency Phone Numbers & Paging Policy
If you require assistance or have any questions during the game, you can contact the Fan Helpline presented by Canada Life by calling or texting 204-784-7448. If contacted for an emergency, security personnel will be on hand to assist you. If you are required to make an emergency phone call or text, please report your name and seat location. Paging within the stadium is reserved for extreme emergencies.
Emergency Evacuation
In the unlikely event of an emergency situation that would require a stadium evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm and follow instructions as they are given.
Entering the Playing Field
Entering the playing field without proper authorization is a violation of league and Winnipeg Football Club rules. Violators will be arrested and charged by Winnipeg Police along with being barred from all future events at Princess Auto Stadium.

Exit & Entry Policy
Prior to entry into Princess Auto Stadium, you may be subject to a bag search and personal body screening for security reasons. Following kickoff should you wish to exit Princess Auto Stadium, no re-entry will be permitted for security reasons.

Fan Code of Conduct
The fan code of conduct is designed to set clear expectations for fans and encourage a stadium environment that is enjoyable for all game attendees. Additional signage detailing the fan code of conduct is posted at all gates. For more information see Fan Code of Conduct.
First Aid
St. John Ambulance First Aid is available at sections 112, 124, 212, 225 at the game. Winnipeg Paramedic Service is available as well.

Lost & Found
On the day of a game, lost and found items can be returned or collected from the Fan Services booth located behind section 111. To inquire about lost and found after the game, please call 204-784-7448.

Musical Instruments
Small musical instruments are allowed into Princess Auto Stadium. We ask that fans please be mindful when using their instruments and not negatively impact anyone’s game day experience. Fans with musical instruments may be asked to move or stop playing their instruments, at the sole discretion of the Winnipeg Football Club, should their behaviour be ruled to negatively impact any other fans’ game day experience.

Neighbourhood Parking Restrictions
Working in partnership, the University of Manitoba, and City of Winnipeg have developed an Event Day Traffic Plan to help direct visitors to campus and alleviate some of the traffic congestion that is expected on major event days. The Event Day Traffic Plan will be in effect for all events that are expected to attract more than 15,000 people. Key points of the plan are as follows:

Starting 90 minutes before the major event, and up to 90 minutes after the event, access to the university campus is restricted.Access for U of M permit holders will only be permitted through Kings Drive.

Parking in Winnipeg Football Club controlled parking lots will only be permitted for those in possession of game or event parking passes (can be pre-purchased or purchased on-site), with entry via University Crescent or Chancellor Matheson Road only.

To minimize disruption to the neighborhood, parking is restricted in University Heights and Fort Richmond. Vehicles may be ticketed and/or towed if parked in these restricted areas.

Neighborhood residents who live in the restricted parking areas are able to obtain “stadium event zone permits” by contacting 311.

Pay Phone
A pay phone is located near section 126.
Payment
Princess Auto Stadium is a 100% cashless venue on game days. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit and Blue Bombers Gift Cards. There are no ATM’s located at Princess Auto Stadium.
Parking
In total, there are 5,000 parking spots on campus for those attending the Grey Cup game at Princess Auto Stadium. View our Parking & Transportation Guide for more information.
Park & Ride
There is no cost for this round-trip service. Service begins three hours prior to kickoff and last buses will leave locations 15 minutes prior to kickoff. Once a bus is full, it will depart for the stadium. Another will begin loading immediately after to ensure the fastest service possible. Visit here for more information.

Princess Auto Pregame Tailgate
The Princess Auto Pre-game at the Tailgate opens two hours prior to kickoff and is located near the 680 CJOB Gate 2 in the Southeast exterior corner of the stadium. You must have a game day ticket to enter the tailgate area. The tailgate features a kid’s zone including inflatables, tattoos, Kids Club tent and much more. For the adults we have a live DJ, Blue Bomber Cheer and Dance Team Performances, bars, and food available for purchase.
Phone Charging
ChargeFUZE stations are located at Section 111, 120, 123, 136, 200 Level West Fan Services Tent, 200 Level East Fan Services Tent. Rental Pricing: First 30 minutes are free, each additional 30-minute block is $2.00.

Sensory Inclusive Venue
Princess Auto Stadium is a Sensory Inclusive venue, certified by KultureCity as a trained and trusted advocate for guests with sensory needs. Sensory tools are available for pickup at Fan Services, located at Section 111. A dedicated Sensory Room is located just west of Gate 2. To access, please use this entrance or visit Fan Services at Section 111 for assistance.
Smoking Policy
Princess Auto Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in the indoor or outdoor areas of Princess Auto Stadium; this includes the concourses and main bowl. Smoking is permitted outside Coors Light Gates 3 and Play Now Gate 4 as well as the Princess Auto Pre-game Tailgate area. This policy also applies to smokeless cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and vapes, which are not permitted to be used anywhere within Princess Auto Stadium. Guests who fail to comply with this policy will be evicted.

Canadian Flag
If you have a group of 20-35 people over the age of 13 and would like to hold the large Canadian flag on the field during pregame, please contact community@bluebombers.com for more information and availability.
