The Saskatchewan Roughriders and 2022 Grey Cup Festival Volunteer Host Committee are thrilled to host the 109th Grey Cup Festival from November 15 – 20, 2022 and we are looking for dedicated volunteers to join the team and help deliver the best possible Grey Cup Festival!
As a volunteer, you will be in the heart of the action, creating experiences and memories that will last a lifetime for all who Bring it to the Heartland. Putting on the best festival yet is no easy task, and it takes 1,200 -1,500 incredible people – just like you!

Please Note: Volunteer accreditation does not grant you access to the Grey Cup game in Mosaic Stadium or any other ticketed event like the Grey Cup Gala, CFL Awards, and Indoor Tailgate Parties.
If volunteers would like to attend a ticketed event, they must purchase tickets separately and attend outside of their volunteer shifts.

Commitment & Requirements
Each volunteer is required to pay a commitment fee of $85 +GST. This type of fee is a best practise for most major events, ensuring the volunteer’s commitment and covers a small portion of the associated costs.
Most shifts are 4 – 5 hours long and volunteers must commit to a minimum of four shifts. Volunteers must be 19 years of age as of October 15, 2022 and have a valid email address. Individuals must grant permission to have a Criminal Record Check by completing the permission form – there is no additional charge for Regina and Saskatoon residents. Those living outside of Regina and Saskatoon will have to complete a form through the RCMP.
Grey Cup Festival volunteers will not be volunteering in Mosaic Stadium during the Grey Cup game. Rider Squad volunteers and CFL officials will be handling the game day duties.
