  • Commissioner's Lounge | Grey Cup Festival

    We are pleased to welcome you and your guests to the CFL Commissioner's Lounge for the 110th Grey Cup at Tim Hortons Field this Sunday. If you're accustomed to the Caretaker's Club for Ticats game days, the Commissioner's Lounge will operate in a similar manner in terms of check-in and access and is inclusive of a premium food and beverage experience that has been carefully curated by the CFL for this very special occasion. The Commissioner's Lounge will operate on 2 levels for the Grey Cup. All guests with Commissioner's Lounge passes will have access to the Caretaker's Club (1st floor), as well as a second fully programmed lounge space featuring unique food and beverage offerings (2nd floor) which can be accessed by using the stairs or elevator just inside the Gate 3 lobby. COMMISSIONER'S LOUNGE FOOD MENU ​ LOUNGE MENU STADIUM ENTRY Commissioner's Lounge guests should enter the Gate 3 Premium Se ating Entrance located on Melrose Ave. and check in with the concierge team at the registration desk in the Gate 3 lobby.     OVER 40 CANADIAN ARTISTS TO PERFORM FREE CONCERTS ON JAMES STREET HAMILTON (Oct. 12) - Canadian music will shine in the spotlight next month on what promises to be the liveliest street in the country for three incredible days, delighting both music and football fans. More than 40 artists from the great white north will deliver free-to-attend concerts at Fan Central on James Street from November 16th to 19th as part of the Built in the Hammer Grey Cup Music Festival. The festivities kick off on James St. on Thursday, November 16th, at 11 a.m. with the SiriusXM Grey Cup Festival Kickoff Party, headlined by Hamilton’s very own, Juno Award-winning rock band The Dirty Nil. The kickoff party also features Montreal's new-age punk band NOBRO, and performances from Steve Strongman, HacheyTheMouthPEACE, The Hot Karls, and Matty Simpson Band. The free-to-attend entertainment continues throughout the weekend with confirmed acts, including The Redhill Valleys, Nicolette & the Nobodies, The 99s, The Handsome Devils, Regina Pep Band, Matt Paxton & the Pintos, Born in the Eighties, Generator Party, Deseronto, High Steppin’ Daddy, and Ben Somer & the Cold Winter. Performances on Friday and Saturday begin at 11 a.m. and run until 8 p.m. each night. This exciting announcement comes as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the 2023 Grey Cup Festival unveil their bold plan to merge the country's annual celebration of Canadian football with a full-blown music festival that showcases Hamilton's burgeoning arts scene. "We are delighted to announce this outstanding lineup of Canadian artists," said Tim Potocic, Co-Owner and President of Sonic Unyon Records. "The 2023 Grey Cup Festival will be an exceptional celebration of Hamilton, Football, and Music." Fan Central on James St. will also offer additional family-friendly activities, including a variety of food trucks, the Hamilton Christmas Market, photo opportunities, art installations, and other live activations. The area will also host the Canadian Armed Forces Fan Zone, the Hamilton Flag Football Classic, and the TELUS Kick for Good Courtyard. This is the latest in a series of significant announcements from the Ticats and the Grey Cup Festival. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the 2023 Grey Cup Festival announced Tuesday, that one of the biggest names in music, Carrie Underwood will headline Friday night of the Built in the Hammer Grey Cup Music Festival. News of the multi-format, multi-media superstar’s concert at Hamilton’s FirstOntario Centre on Friday, November 17 is just the beginning. Concerts by other world-class artists from different musical genres will be announced in the weeks ahead. The Built in the Hammer Grey Cup Music Festival will run from November 16-19 and feature both free and ticketed events with different programming each night including Thursday night at OLG Stage in Niagara Falls, Friday night headlined by Carrie Underwood at FirstOntario Centre, Saturday night at FirstOntario Centre and Sunday’s Neighbourhood Block Party before the Grey Cup game at Tim Hortons Field.
