IMPORTANT MOSAIC STADIUM INFORMATION & FAQ
To ensure the best possible fan experience for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures for Mosaic Stadium during Grey Cup.
Please note that guests will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the Stadium during the event.
Will Call is located in the Rider Ticket Office on the northwest side of Mosaic Stadium. Photo identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required.
Customer service attendants are available outside of all Gates. Ticketing issues can be addressed at any Gate Ticket Box Office.
Automated Teller Machines are located throughout Mosaic Stadium. Ask any event staff or Rider Squad members to direct you to the nearest location.
Concessions will be available on all levels and will serve both food and beverages, including alcohol. Debit, credit and cash will be accepted.
First Aid rooms are located on the main concourse in both the north and south end zones. EMS personnel and ambulances are in place at the stadium during the game.
AED units are located in the Stadium at our Medical rooms at. Medical personnel will be on site to assist with any injuries or emergencies.
All lost and found items can be turned into the Mosaic Stadium Main Ticket Office located on George Reed Way.
Arrive at the stadium early. All Stadium Entry Gates will be very busy and will include security screening measures and ticket validation. Fans are reminded to plan ahead, arrive early, and enter through the Gate indicated on your ticket, so that all fans can get to their seats and enjoy all the exciting action on the field and in the Stadium.
The game will continue regardless of cold or snowy weather. Come prepared for the weather as Mosaic Stadium is an outdoor stadium.

All guests entering the stadium are subject to mandatory bag search, random individual pat downs, additional security screening and may be subject to physical search. Anyone who declines the security screening may be denied entry or ejected from Mosaic Stadium. All bags that are brought into the stadium are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within the stadium.
Anyone possessing any of these items may be denied entry or subject to removal. Anyone that may be denied entry or removed for any violation will not be issued a refund. For the safety and security of all Mosaic guests and employees, the following items are not permitted at Mosaic Stadium:
Bags small enough to fit under your seat are permitted. All bags will be searched at the gate and guests carrying prohibited items will be denied entry. See above for prohibited items.
The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience for all fans. All fans are required to abide by the Fans Code of Conduct. Mosaic Stadium is a family friendly venue! We want all fans of all ages attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Security will intervene when necessary to respond to the following unacceptable behaviors:
All fans and any items they are carrying or conveying are subject to search by Security prior to being admitted to Mosaic Stadium. This includes the use of hand held or walk-through metal detectors. Security will make other arrangements for persons with medical devices/concerns. Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats (unless Season Tickets re-sold through the Rider Ticket Exchange program). Event patrons and guests who violate any of these provisions will be subject to ejection or refused entry without refund and may face loss of ticket privileges for future games. To report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct, in confidence, text Riders followed by a space to 69050 (Riders 69050). Please include details of your problem along with the offending seat and row number if known. If you see something, say something.
Yes, but please show respect for fellow fans when using noisemakers. Air horns, megaphones and whistles are not permitted. Devices may be confiscated at the discretion of management.
Fans must be 19 years or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Proper photo identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverage. The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club and Evraz Place reserve the right to check proof of legal drinking age. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behaviour will result in ejection from the stadium without refund. A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted. The per purchase limit may be reduced without prior notice and sales may be discontinued at any time, at the discretion of stadium management. All alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the third (3rd) quarter. As per SLGA licensing, it is illegal to have in your possession liquor that was not purchased at the stadium. Any guest found to be in possession of liquor not purchased at Mosaic Stadium will have that liquor confiscated and not returned, and the guest will be denied entry or removed. Any guest who does not cooperate with stadium security in regards to this offence will be turned over to the Regina Police Service for removal from the stadium and further prosecution.
Mosaic Stadium is a non-smoking facility—this pertains to any type of smoking product as well as electronic smoking/vaping devices. Any guests caught smoking will be removed from the premises. The designated smoking areas will be south of Confederation Park in the pavement area next to the Mosaic Stadium loading ramp and the city-owned southwest corner of the Elphinstone and 10th Avenue parking lot north of the Lawson Aquatic Centre. There will no re-entry to the stadium once entered.
Personal radios, TVs, headphones, cameras and video recorders are allowed as long as they do not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game and are for personal use. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without the permission of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Inc. All stadium policies are under constant review.
Security personnel are present at every game day. They can be identified wearing yellow and black shirts. If you feel you need security help, do not hesitate to approach someone, or you can text “Riders” followed by a space to 69050.
